The platform serves the organization and execution of professional events, conferences, and networking events. Deviating terms of the user are not recognized unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

Registration is required to use the platform. You agree to provide truthful and complete information when registering. Each user may only maintain one account. Access data must be treated confidentially. You are liable for all activities that take place under your account, unless you have immediately reported the misuse.

We provide you with a platform that enables the planning, promotion, and execution of professional events. This includes functions such as participant management, scheduling, and communication tools. We strive for high availability, but assume no liability for outages due to maintenance work, technical disruptions, or force majeure. The platform is provided without warranty of constant error-free operation.

You agree to use the platform only for legal and professionally relevant purposes. In particular, the dissemination of misleading content, spam, advertising for unauthorized business models, and the violation of third-party rights are prohibited. You may not post any content that violates legal regulations or endangers the security of the platform. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to immediately block your account.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, limb, and health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The above limitations of liability also apply to our vicarious agents.

All content provided by us, in particular texts, graphics, and logos, is protected by copyright. You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the platform. Content that you upload yourself remains your property. However, you grant us the right to use this content for the operation and further development of the platform. Commercial use of our content without our consent is prohibited.

These terms of use apply from your registration for an indefinite period. You may terminate your account at any time without stating reasons. We may change the terms of use with four weeks' notice, provided this does not lead to a significant disadvantage. In the event of serious violations of these terms, we are entitled to terminate without notice. After termination of the contract, your data will be deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is, to the extent permitted by law, our registered office. Should a provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Changes or additions to these terms require text form.
